Whether you fly in or drive in, this is the perfect base for aviation lovers. Watch planes take off from your private deck, spot moose in the wetlands, or use it as a jumping-off point for flight training.
The space 🏡 The Cabin:
- Layout: A cozy 12x16ft cabin with a private 4ft deck facing the runway.
- Bathroom: Unlike our dry cabins, this unit features a Private Ensuite Bathroom with a shower.
- Amenities: Comfortable sleeping for 2, heating, and runway views.
🧺 Shared Amenities:
- Laundry: A separate "Utility Cabin" is located just 75 feet away, housing full washer/dryer facilities for your use.
✈️ The "Free Flight" Details (Please Read):
- The Offer: Book 2+ nights and get a free 15-minute discovery flight in a small 2-seat aircraft.
- Passenger Limit: 1 Passenger per flight.
- Weight Limit: Strictly 200 lbs max (due to aircraft size).
- Weather Policy: Aviation is weather-dependent! If we cannot fly due to wind, low clouds, or maintenance, we cannot offer a refund or rate adjustment, as this is a complimentary bonus perk.

📍 The Location:
- Located on the 100+ acre Pilot Lodge property.
- Borders state land and 1,000 acres of Matsu land (great for wildlife viewing).
- Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet close to Walmart, Lowe's, and grocery stores via paved roads.
Guest access You have exclusive use of your cabin and private bathroom. You also have access to the shared Utility Cabin (laundry) and the grounds of the Pilot Lodge.

- Fly-In Guests: Plenty of aircraft parking available.
- Drive-In Guests: Ample vehicle parking.
- Wildlife: Moose and foxes are common neighbors—please give them space!

Location
The easiest way to access the property is the north entrance off of Hawk Lane (1.8 miles west of the Parks highway). This is better than the 311 address that is provided.
